September 2005 - October 2006 Job Specifications: Serve as an integral part of the Black & Decker University (BDU) team; work closely with development teams, program managers, internal subject matter experts from sales and marketing, and business unit leaders. Dedicate substantial effort for continuous learning of new methodologies, evaluation techniques, tools and trends. Conduct performance gap analyses. Work with sales/marketing subject matter experts, business leaders and learners to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions. Designs learning solutions which incorporate the appropriate blend of delivery media. Works on multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deliverables are completed on-time and are of the highest quality. Brings quality, innovation, creativity and value to enhance BDU's image.
