Comic Books aren't just for kids. The Lady likes them too.

is the best comic book character to come out of Marvel in a long time. The stories, the art, the jollies. Plus Phil Urich (the man behind the mask) was not at all bad looking. I love the hair especially. I have a pic of him in mind. I need to scan it in here so you can see what I mean.

Unfortunately, Marvel seems to have a nasty habit of canceling their most interesting and popular titles and killing off their stars. The New Green Goblin became a victim of this demented habit of Marvel in October of '96. A moment of silence please…

Oh, and the goblin gif above is one of the old Green Goblins. The new one has, or rather had, a much less dorky-looking costume. In fact, the new one had a pretty cool costume, if I do say so myself (which I do, since this is my page). I'll try to get a pic of him in here eventually. What do you guys think? Should I take up the hood and cape look?

Is fun too. I got hooked on him during the trial of Peter Parker. No matter what anybody says, the Scarlet Spider was cool, he deserved to live. I think it was truly grievous of marvel to kill Ben Reiley (a.k.a. the Scarlet Spider, a.k.a. Peter Parker's clone, etc. Where have you been?). And it was even worse to have M.J. lose her baby. Parker and his clone aren't bad looking either. Anyway, here's some Spidey links.
