Two of the Fleet's Captains and "Mom" witness Dennis Hollinger being promoted from Fleet Captain to Admiral. Approval of this promotion and the sanctioning of The Seventh Fleetwere the last two official acts of our Parent Organization, Starfleet Command before it disbanded. Richard Henline (on Dennis' right) assumes command of the Flagship.
