I have no formal training in art unless you are willing to count coloring with my son as training. I have been working with 3D Art and 3D modeling (3D Studio, AutoCAD, Poser, and Bryce as a hobby) for the last six years. I have a background in computers and electronics from the U.S. Navy where I served for Nine years in the submarine force as a Fire Control Technician (No I did not put out fires!!, I fixed computers). So as you can see I'm not what most people would call an artist. Which is what makes computer art so cool, almost anyone can do it. All you need is access to a computer the proper software and a little imagination and you're an artist! (well it might not be that easy).
