The latest update to the cookbook was made in February, 2006. Authors contributing recipes are asked to include ingredient lists and
preparation technique. Please make your submission at least one paragraph long, to be considered for inclusion. Some exceptions are allowed. Suggestions for topics are also accepted. You can suggest your own recipe by using this
