Before I Begin.. This has been bothering me for a while now. Does anyone else find computers to be impersonal and unsuitable for the expression of emotion? Sure, one can easily and effectively voice their opinion on an issue using computers (such as I am doing right now); and this is also done with books. However, when is the last time something you've read on the internet has made you cry? Granted, maybe it's because starting at the montior for hours upon hours dries and strains your eyes to the point where sheding tears would feel more like sheding razor blades. But, I think it's because computers are impersonal and cold creatures - programmed not to transfer emotion at lightning speed; but millions of insignificant 1's and 0's - the two coldest, loneliest and most dejecting numbers that I can think of.
I have always wondered about life on other worlds, if any. I
have wondered about the many possibilities. What do you
believe? While you visit my site, keep in mind: What if other
life has encountered us already? What if it is here, living among
us. Have we not noticed yet? Will we ever? And, if it has; what
will its impact be on the way that we - as humans - perceive the
universe?
