These are the columns of the lesser hypostile hall, right inside the entryway. The ceiling still has a lot of its dark paint, as you can see.

Getting around in here was kind of tricky, as there were a lot of tour groups when we went. We had to run around columns and squeeze between spots in order to make any progress, and a lot of the time we were just holding position waiting for someone ahead of us to move.

Moral of the story: come early, when it just opens up for the day.
