The carvings are of the last of the Ptolemies paying tribute to the Gods Horus and Hathor.

One of the Ptolemies is on the extreme left, missing his hand. Under it, you'll notice curved lines that seem to have a regular pattern. That's meant to be a group of captives, arranged like a cluster of bananas, which the Pharoah is holding by the hair.
