Credits and Thanks
I'd like to thank the owners of all these sites for their generosity and creativity. Happy Donut Land wouldn't have been possible without them:
All my Trigun sprites (with the exception of the chubby Chibis) were adapted from sprites found at my new sister site, Navi's Orphanage. It's one of the biggest and best anime adoptables sites out there, and I can't recommend the place enough (after all, I've adopted 20 little guys from her already!). Plus, Audrey is super nice!
The chubby chibi Trigunners were made using SD Sailor Moon puzzle game characters found at KatC's SailorMoon Goodies. It's one of the biggest and best SailorMoon pages out there, and I heartily recommend you take a peek for yourself.
The image formerly on the main page of Vash and Wolfwood (that will probably show up again after Christmas) appeared courtesy of PAC Anime Central's Trigun page, which has a wonderful, high-quality image gallery. You'll also find similar pages and galleries for a number of popular anime here.
The screencaps used in the Why Adopt from Happy Donut Land? section are courtesy of the fabulous (and surprisingly hilarious) gallery at Up in Smoke.
The manga image on the right in the current layout appears thanks to the generosity of the Trigun manga scans site Gunshy.
And of course, let's have a big round of applause for Trigun creator Yasuhiro Nightow and the entire staff behind the cartoon itself. How'd he come up with this?^^ Seriously, I hope Dark Horse or Viz or SOMEBODY gets the rights to the English translation soon. I'm cool with reading fan translations, but it's so nice to just have the book you can pick up in your hands and you can understand what everyone's saying without looking off a sheet of paper or trying your own feeble translation. Sigh. Anyway, Monsier Nightow has a really cool page, so check it out.
