This is a quote from a song a good friend of mine told me was suited to me. *laughs* Although the allusion to Dave doesn't surprise me, the lyrics do. To talk about myself, I'd have to spend my life at the keyboard. I will attempt to give you a brief idea of me.

My name, thanks to my 'have a sense of liberated humour' parents, is Darrion, and usually I like to give the first person to link me to the cartoon character from Sailor Moon an earful. No, I don't toss roses as weapons. I let my florist do that for me.

I'm at that oh so in between age of 21. Ok, the in between age is supposed to be 13, but I haven't gotten past that stage yet. *G* As you can probably tell by the way I bounce all over in topics, I'm a very abstract person with a short attention span. Abstract also translates into messy, perpetually late, a procrastinator, and an artist. I love to paint and draw. Painting has to take a second actually, although I'd love to be able to paint as well as I think I draw, I haven't quite mastered it yet, but I'll get there eventually. Writing music and singing in a band happen to also fall under the artist category, as does writing in general, and sculpting. If you care to check out any of my sketches, I hide them over here

I tend to be a night person, and have homicidal tendencies between the hours of 7 am and 11 am. If I was let alone, I could quite easily sleep the entire day. *laughs* But I only do that on Tuesdays.

*G* I'm at least lucky in that I have a job I love, and have always wanted. Being my own boss. Stable manager and trainer at Black Coffee stables. A nice cushiony job in someways, but in others, it's a real hassle. *laughs* Like being woken up at five in the morning when you'd only just gone to bed fifteen minutes earlier to have a groom tell you that one of the best mares is in labour, and the foal's in breech position. THAT'S lovely. Nothing tops that, save for of course having to deal with the children. *laughs* Yes, that is worse. As you can tell, I dislike children I'm afraid. I'm no humanitarian, in fact, to be open and honest, I'm rather nasty sometimes, but I'm not all bad stuff. *G*

As far as religions go, I'm a loosely based Wiccan, seeing as it appears to me as one of the few world religions that make any sense at all and is fairly unbiased. Zoroastrianism and Shintoism as well capture my interest.

Another thing I think I ought to mention is my dress habits. *G* This seems to be the one thing that sets me apart from most people. I have to dress for attention. I love to wear clothing that has that little eighth century flare, and mix it with an ultra-modern material like gold rayon, or the like. Of course, that and my constantly changing hair usually throws people off kilter when they see me. *L* But that's my whole idea. Anyway, I love to role play...and constantly bug the hell out of people by choosing and creating characters who are stubborn as hell (hey, gotta go with what ye know right?).
