When the Ultimate Divine Being created the world he also created angels. There are 3 ranks of angels. The first is the Seraphim. They are the praisers of the Ultimate Divine Being and also oversee the rest of the angels. They are believed to have three pairs of wings, one on their heads, one on their feet and a pair used for flying on their back. Seven Seraphim exist and they surround the Ultimate Divine Being. Below the Seraphim are the Archangels. They make up the backbone of the divine armies and also have three pairs of wings. However, the archangels wings are all used for flying and they all sprout from their back. There are seven Archangels appointed to each Seraphim and several for the lesser gods. Archangels are in charge of the angels appointed under them. Angels are those beings that are in direct contact with humans. They are charged with tasks ranging from messenger to guardian angel.

Angel Types:

Messenger - The starting point for all Angels. Messangers' jobs are simply to go to various people and give them a message from one of the Gods. Messangers are among the most beautiful and awe-inspiring of the angels.

Guardian Angel - The most prized of all the angel positions, Guardian angels are assigned a specific person in the world to go and watch over. The people they are assigned to are often part of a prophecy or are fated to do a good or evil deed. Guardians keep them alive and well until that task is completed or they are relieved by another angel. There are both good and evil guardians.

Archangel - Archangels arn't made, they're born. Occasionally a person will be born with power sufficent enough to be able to become an Archangel. After these people have fully realized their power, they are approached by a god or another Archangel and offered the job of Archangel.

Good Types:

Muse - Muses are angels which have been given the task of inspiring people. Whether it be for art, literature, or for taking action.

Search and Rescue - Angels in S&R are tasked with finding lost people and returning them home. It can range from helping a lost child find her mother in a large store or finding someone who has been trapped under tons of rubble.

Miracle Worker - Miracle workers are angels that have been given the knowledge magic and instructed to go and help those who need it. Their jobs can range from retrieving a balloon that has slipped from a child's hand to stopping debris from falling on someone and killing them.

Evil Types:

Temptress - Angels who tempt people into doing things that they shouldnt, be it starting rebellions, or general mayhem.

Hunter & Killer - These angels, hunt down specific people and torment and/or kill them.

Destroyer - The causers of many unexplained disasters. Their purpose is to cause havoc and mayhem.
