The night's game proceeded as such:
Nulorgo is hurting from the attack on the giant. His master in the faith heals him and he begins to think he has made a good choice in following Braugh the dwarf and her god of battle. He is glad he has left his long bow in the arms chamber.
They all begin searching for a way out again. This time, they search the southern hall and chamber. They also debate various ways of ascending the stone floor that brought them down. Finally they find a small passage way on the other side of one of the doors in the southern chamber.
They climb through a narrow passage that seems to be leading upwards. Soon they are in a small chamber and there is a small hole leading up to a dull green glow. One after the other our party climb ropes and fly up the hole.
At first the magic users check the walls of this large underground chamber to investigate the green glow. It turns out it is not magic but some kind of living algae or moss. As they move about they notice some pools of water and small gatherings of mushrooms. Just as they go to pick them the mushrooms start screaming. They are shocked.
Then suddenly a dragon appears from the other end of the chamber. Some of the party are caught off guard but the other wizard moves around to the side of the dragon. It is too late for Nulorgo, Braugh and Lochnar'ya. They are blinded and hurt by a paralyzing breath weapon. They start to tremble in fear. The other elves try to attack but the dragon is strong and soon flies out into the chamber.
The wizard who has been running around behind the dragon but is now picked up in the mouth of the dragon and carried off down what appears to be another hole in the other end of the chamber. The rest of the party make a break for it dragging Nulorgo, Braugh, and Lochnar'ya back down the hole they came up through.
Unknown to the party the wizard immediately starts to talk to the dragon and puts him under a spell. The dragon helps the wizard back up to the fort. The wizard and the dragon fly in toward Finder's Keep. When the giant see them he yells, "Worm accursed beast". The dragon and the wizard soon kill the giant. And the wizard returns to his room in the tower.
Next Game 10. Spells are prepared to fight the dragon but we are on our way.
