TIMELESS Ice Vanilla Rum (any brand) Eggnog Mix Ice, 1 shot of Rum and Eggnog. Drink as is or mix in blender until Ice is crushed. Garnish with a bit of grated nutmeg. (Vanilla flavored drink from Nestle may be substituted if Eggnog is unavailable, if you do it is best to use blender for a better end result) ~*~ MILLENNIUM GATE Ice Captain Morgan (or your favorite) Spiced Rum Dark Rum (I suggest Meyers but any would do) Margarita Mix (or Limeade) Blue Curacao Large glass 12 oz or larger In a large glass mix Ice, 2 shots spiced rum, 1-2 tablespoons of Curaco (depending on how large of a glass you're using) add about 8-9 oz of Margarita mixer. Stir well. Float approx. half shot to a shot of the dark rum on top. Substitute Grenadine for the blue Cuaraco and change this drink into Year From Hell ! ~*~ JANEWAY’S JAVA Lime juice Sugar 1oz Creme de Cacao (Brown) 1 oz Dark Rum Hot Coffee Whipped cream Cinnamon Cinnamon stick * optional Dip rim of Irish coffee glass in lime juice, then in sugar. Pour liqueur and rum into the glass. Fill with fresh brewed coffee. Top with Whipped Cream and sprinkle with cinnamon. Garnish with cinnamon stick as a stirrer. ~*~ FLAMING CHAKOTAY 1 ounce bourbon whisky 1 ounce cinnamon schnapps Place the above in a heavy old fashioned glass. Layer with brandy. Carefully ignite with a fireplace match. Wait for flames to die down before drinking! ~*~ SEX AT ZERO G 1 ounce vodka 1 ounce tequila 1 ounce peach brandy Dash of grenadine Blend with 1 cup of ice until slushy. Pour into a large martini or margarita glass; garnish with a stemmed cherry and a lime slice. ~*~ ASSIMILATION 3 ounces gin 4 tablespoons lemon or lime juice 2 dashes green créme de menthe Dash Angostura bitters Maraschino cherry Combine all ingredients except the cherry with ice cubes in a mixing glass and stir well. Strain into a martini glass and decorate with cherry. ~*~ QUANTUM SINGULARITY Tequila (white) 1.5 ounces Triple Sec 1/2 ounce Sour Mix 1/4 cup Salt pinch Ice 1 cup Orange(s) 1 Blend tequila, triple sec, orange (peeled and sectioned), and sour mix with ice until smooth. Salt the rim of the glass and serve with a lime garnish.
