Dawson and Joey are sitting on the roof talking about Full Moons. Dawson thinks it's romantic but Joey thinks it's freaky and bad things happen. Dawson starts kissing her but she keeps talking. She tells him bad things happen during the full moon but he still dosn't believe her.
But when he nearly falls off the roof he looks thoughtful
*cue opening credits*
Mitch and Tamara are walking down the street talking about the plans for his new restaurant. Tamara is pressurising him to make a choice because she feels uncomfortable being in Capeside. Mitch promises to make a definite decision after he has had one more look at the plans
Vincent catches up to Jen who is also walking down the street. Vincent enquires about Abby and finds out that Jen and her are in a fight. He then offers to take Jen on a date, which first she declines and then gives in to. So she invites him to coffee at her house that night.
Andie walks into the video store where Pacey is watching a porno video. They start getting in another fight about it but then Pacey invites her out on a date. She accepts after he asks her nicely. He then offers to pick her up at her house but she seems very uncomfortable about it. But eventually after some pressure she agrees.
Abby walks into the chemist and sees Jen. They start talking and Abby wants a reconciliation between them.
*Abby keeps stealing stuff and putting it in her bag*
Jen agrees and then tells Abby about her date with Vincent. Abby gets angree again and starts saying nasty stuff about her as they walk out of the chemist. They are walking down the street when abby finally says "I suppose he knows an easy catch when he sees one" This infuriates Jen and she slaps Abby on the face and tells her never to speak to her again
Mitch walks into the Leery's kitchen where Joey and Dawson are doing homework and Gail is madly cooking. Mitch wants to know why shes cooking and she says its because she has another reporter coming to dinner. Mitch gets angry and thinks that it is "a Thursday night" kinda thing and Dawson asks what Thursday nights are but is quickly hushed.
Mitch and Gail then get into a fight about the fact that Mitch dosn't work and that he relies on Gail for everything
Jen is putting on makeup in her room when her grandma walks in. She asks Jen if she wants to go to bible study with her but Jen declines.
Later on Abby arrives at Jens house and says that she can't believe that Jen hit her. Jen says that Abby called her a slut etc and but Abby says she would never hit her. After that Jen pushes Abby out the door and Abby geuses that Vincent must be coming over.
Gail and Gary (the reporter) are sitting in the living room when the doorbell rings. Gail goes to get it and finds Tamara standing there. She is shocked and then Mitch comes in telling her to come inside so that he can have a look at the plans.
Jack and Joey are in the Ice House. Joey is counting her tips and complaining about how "Mr Bottomless cups of coffee" won't leave. They then start talking about Joeys utter disdain for waitressing and then Jack asks her why she is always so angry
Vincent and Jen are sitting down drinking coffee when he tells her how he is only a fisherman to save up enough money to go to lawschool. After a while Jen asks him if he is flirting with her and he tells her that he can't stop
Mitch and tamara are looking at Blueprints and Gail and Gary are talking. Dawson keeps looking between the two rooms obviously confused. After a while both of his parents come into the kitchen and start fighting again about the fact that Gail has to pay for everything Mitch wants. They then start fighting about the fact that their thursday night escapades have overflowed onto the weekends
Dawson then goes up to his room where he finds Abby spying on Jen through his window.
Pacey turns up at Andie's house and is met by her mum. He tells her that Andie will probably kill him because he couldn't find her anywhere and got mixed up as to where to pick her up. Andie's mum hten tells him to stay for dinner and to set the table including Andie and him and that Andie's dad will soon be home and then goes up stairs to look for her brother Tim.
Jack is looking at the lobsters when suddenly the pump goes out. Joey panicks and tells him they have to put the lobsters in ice otherwise they'll die and the icehouse will lose a fortune
Andie turns up at the icehouse looking for Pacey and then realizes that he must have gone to the house. She panicks and runs out the door
Jen and Vincent are laughing and telling stories about their most embaressing sexual encounters when they start kissing.
Abby is looking through the window and gasping. Dawson asks her again what shes doing there, and she tells him that Jen is seeing this older guy and shes worried about her. She then says that she heard his parents fighting and that they will soon wise up and get a divorce. He is obviously not happy and tells her to leave. She starts to but asks Dawson if he can say that they kissed but he thinks that Jen won't believe him anyway and she says to say he's having an open relationship with Joey. Dawwson then puches Abby out the window and realizes that his parents are having an open marriage.
Dawson then goes downstairs and asks his parents to come into the kitchen with him. He then asks them if they are having an open marriage.
Jen and Vincent are heating things up (if you know what i mean)*L* and Jen thinks that they have gone far enough but Vincent dosn't stop. Fed up Jen tells him that shes only 16 and he says WHAT and Jens Grandma repeats 16 years old and tells him that not even god will help him of he dosn't get off.
Andie arrives back at her house to find Pacey. She tries to push him out the door but he can't see what the problem is and tells her that her mother invited them both to dinner to meet her dad and brother. She tells him they can just go but Pacey thinks that she is too embaresssed of her, but she says that her Tim (her brother) is dead
Jack is trying to fix the lobster tank. He thinks he has it and the electricity goes out. THe last costomer then tells him to unplug the electricity source and then plug it back in. Jack does that and the power goes back on. They turn around to thank him but he is gone. Joey goes over and takes the cup and says that there is no tip. Jack also goes over and sees 100 dollars lieing under the napkin as well as a poem that he wrote. He shows Joey and she hugs him and tells him that they are rich. Jack reads that poem which is about young love. Joey turns to walk away when Jack grabs her arm and kisses her.
Gail, Mitch and Dawson are in teh kitchen talking about the open marriage Dawson and Gail want to know why they are having one and Mitch admits it was a mistake but that it was because of what Gail did in teh first place. Gail gets angry and walks off. Dawson then tells his dad that he has to forgive Gail. Mitch then starts to cry telling Dawson that his dad never told him what to do if his wife ever cheated on him.
Jen is crying on the steps when her grandma comes out and tells her that she will not tolerate that kind of behaviour and that she cannot stoop back down to her old behaviour.
Joey walks out of the icehouse and finds Dawson waiting for her. She is surprised but Jack tells her to go and he will pack up. but as Dawson and Joey walk off she turns back to look at Jack
Pacey is sitting in the kitchen talking to Andie. She is telling him how Tim died and how her mother went crazy. She starts to cry and Pacey moves to hug her. But she says she dosn't want his pity and starts to move away but after a while she gives in and her and Pacey hug.
Dawson and Joey arrive at his house and start climbing the ladder. They decide to sit on the roof and Dawson admits that Joey was right about the full moon. She starts to tell him about her and Jack but he cuts her off and they kiss. Dawson cracks a joke about the man in the moon and they kiss again.
Mitch and Gail are sitting in the lounge room after discovering that their geusts have left. They both agree that "it's time" and Mitch decides to leave.
Hands by Jewel starts playing in the background as the camera cuts from Joey hugging Dawson as he cries to Jack reading the poem to Gail rocking in a chair then to Jen crying then back to Joey staring up at the moon as a black cloud covers it
