A new Transformation
Beast Machines is now ended. The show was written as to seasons and now after quite an interesting storyline the ultimate end has occurred. Cybertron is now a ginormouse wierd looking greenhouse.
I don't meen to bad mouth this show, becuase it did have a very interesting plot, the animation was superb, and it has become a great addition to the Transformers Universe. Speaking as a G1 fan, I found the ending pretty anoying. However I will point out that The last episode was extremely well made. The final battle between Primal and Megatron was impressive and entertaining to say the least. All in all I think Beast Machines should be a welcome addition to the empire.
The toys for Beast Machines are still being made. All those non show acurate toys that were released last year will be nothing compared to some of the ones I've seen. The new Optimus Primal toy looks excellent and the cyco-drones and tank drone toys look very good as well. So keep a look out for this batch to come flyin to the stores. |
StoryLine
Optimus and the remaining Maximals have landed on
Cybertron but have lost their memories, two of their comrades, and their Transmetal forms.
The Oracle {I asume its Vector Sigma} reformats them to escape a virus thats disrupting
their Transformation. Once they have relearned to Transform they then set out to find the
answers to who what where why and when about cybertron.
They soon discover that Megatron has somehow taken over Cybertron and
is trying to urge it from any and ALL organic matter, including the Maximals.
After a shaky start the Maximals have established a base in the
underground catacomes. With help from their new allie NightScream they try to take back
Cybertron. |
