The weather is changing from deep cold winter to warmer times and spring is just around the corner.
The King has just decreed that peace-strings must be worn within the city walls of Melpheggi. This is due the rising tension between the different factions(or guilds) that exist within the citywalls.
Melpheggi is the single largest harbor city on the entire northern lands, people from all kinds of cultures and nationalities live and trade here. The cityguards are pulling a huge job on keeping everyone of each-others throat.
