Courts vary in the strength of the alliance between the
deities, and courts themselves change periodically. For instance, recently the goddess
Narisane was a member of the Court of the Roses, at least until she had a major fallout
with Cuane. Still, courts usually use the same temple complexes since the construction of
temples is long and laborious enough, to have dozens of temples is impractical at best
anyway.
