JOHN FRANKENHEIMER, One Of Film’s Great Old Gentlemen, Has Passed Away At 72

Director John (Seven Days in May, Manchurian Candidate) Frankenheimer passed
away on Saturday from a stroke brought on by spinal surgery. He leaves
behind an impressive body of work. He directed the film Ronin in 1998 and
was to direct the Exorcist prequel but had to pull out due to bad health.
