Here's an Eaves-Brooks Spiderman suit that was provided to Columbia Pictures as part of promotional events for the TV Series.
Luck should have it I could never find and buy one of these great collectibles, but a friend WAS so fortunate. Being the great person I am, I was permitted to check out the suit!
The coloration on this suit is rather drab because the first costumes fabrication were made of a heavier weight lycra. This lycra was originally white, and was dyed red or blue.
The costume is a one piecer, with broad zipper across the back shoulders and leather soles on the feet. Webbing is silk-screened. Another unique trademark of the Eaves Brook Spiderman costume is the shoulder straps that permit the actor to remove the mask and not worry of having the costume's torso fall to the waist. |
