Tips
- Make 13-20 (with 50 pop) villagers and make them right away.
- I find it easyier to make 12 houses (for 50 pop) right away.
- Build Houses out of the way don't scatter them it takes to much room. Build them at the edge of the map.
- Get to the Iron Age as fast as you can don't waste time.
- Plan ahead, make a Storage Pit near 2 or 3 resources instead of really close to one.
- Get all natural food (Foraging, Hunting) before making Farms.
- Farms are probably the best and fastest way to get food as long as you have 7 or more.
- Keep the area around the Town Center (or Granary) clear of buildings so you can build Farms to cut down on walking for villagers.
- Towers are your best friend and they don't count as population so build lots.
- Personally I don't like making buildings that make units near the edge of anything (trees, other buildings), the game has an amazing ability to make the unit get stuck between something.
- Build more then 1 of the building that makes your main unit (e.g. If your main unit are Centurions then make 2 or 3 Academys)
- Don't make a lot of Fishing Boats there only good for one thing, cut back and make more villagers.
- Don't use a bunch of different units stick with 1-3.
- If your using Catapult... (anything) research Ballistics for accuracy catapults are useless without it.
- Use the "Attack Land" button to kill units with catapults.
