Alien Rebel Episode: Patient X, The Red & The Black These faceless men, who seal up their facial orifices to keep the "oilien" from contaminating them, use metallic wands to set people ablaze. The rebels attempt to foil the alien colonist's plans to take over Earth. One rebel is captured by the government and presumably killed by the alien bounty hunter.

Frozen Alien Episode: Gethsemane This body is found encased in ice high on a mountain in Canada. Mulder is told that this alien corpse is nothing more than an elaborate hoax, but the body disappears before a conclusive scientific examination can be done.

Musings Alien Episode: Musings of A CSM In Frohike's version of the Cigarette Smoking Man's life history, this alien's space craft crash lands in West Virginia, shortly after the Roswell incident. Its pilot is critically injured. CSM and Deep Throat visit the warehouse where the alien is being kept on life support and shoot him.

Alien Hybrids Episode: 731 Mulder theorizes that Dr. Zama, head of an elite group of Japanese surgeons and scientists, developed a human-alien hybrid with super immunity, capable of withstanding the effects of atomic and biological weapons. Their efforts were supported by the U.S. government until Zama became reluctant to share this knowledge.

Billy Miles Episode: Pilot This teenager is under the control of an alien force. He kidnaps several other teens and takes them to an abduction site, where they are later found . . . dead. The alien force finally leaves Billy's body and he is left with no recollection of the events.
