The Meeting: Danny first saw the turtles at April's appartment in TMNT #1 - although he didn't believe his eye at the time. At first, he seemed as though he was another person to added to the long list of the turtles' enemies, as one of the many Foot under Shredder's power. However, when the captive Splinter won his trust, Danny showed his true colours by rescuing and restoring him to the turtles. At the end of the movie, Danny appears to have matured, and rebuilds the relationship between he and his father.

History: Danny Pennington, born in Manhatten, lived with his parents until his mother divorced his father, Charles. As an only child, Danny found it difficult to cope, often feeling pressured by his father to achieve more than he was capable of. As a result of this, he and Charles grew apart, and Danny turned to a gang named The Foot, for security and love.

Comments: Possible futures - occupation as a social worker, police officer, ninja master from his experiences. Although he does seem like an 'accountant' type of guy ;)
