This legendary volume, believed to be the first of its kind, is only hinted at in other prophetic documents. Legend says that the nine daughters of the Last King of Oberon were all gifted with prophetic ability, but none more so than Veleda, his youngest daughter. The collection of their prophecies was supposedly written just before the fall of Oberon. The book has since been lost. However, a Tower-renegade wizard by the name of Merrick ap'Milandra has uncovered what he believes to be a portion of the missing book...
