It is arrogent to believe that with all the stars in the sky that we are the only life forms in the universe. I think if we keep looking we will find that we are not.
My interest in space began when I was about 10 years old, a neighbor and myself thought we saw somthing in the sky. Joking at that time we said in aggreance it must be a space ship from another world [we really thought it was possible]. Since that time I've studied astronomy and it's sciences on my own. with no formal training I've taught anyone who would listen much about the stellar universe.
I have read many books from respectible scientist and Astronomers about this subject and I am certain they know what thay are talking about, and the things they have learned are stunning. It's No doubt that the Universe was crated in a single micro-second called the Big Bang. where every thing that makes up the universe expanded in a violent explosion from an Imfamal point in the vast darkness of space, to the unbeliveable distances the universe covers now and it is still exspanding at a phenomimal rate.
