Lord Grey's Orphanage

tarted by a human noble to please his kind-hearted wife, this orphanage is both shelter and prison for orphans and unwanted children in the City of Mirrors. Iron fences and gates encircle the orphanage on all sides. The windows for this foreboding structure are likewise barred. While the Grey family once provided money to the orphanage, that has fallen out of fashion amongst the old lord's heirs. Now the funding is provided by mysterious "donations."

However, few people are aware of the orphans one "hope" within the orphanage - the House of Greed keeps a rookery active here. The House uses the lure of a freer life to con new recruits into it's ranks. Yes, it is a freer life, but all to often a shorter life. Yet, the House of Greed still stands.

The headmaster serves as guildmaster for this rookery, and his lieutenants are the Day and Nightmasters, whose respective authority is over there respective times of day. Training and shelter is available here for younger members of the House.

Due in part to the presence of the House of Greed, PC warriors, and rogues could easily originate within these walls.
