The Great Caern of Tall Tree. Covering the entire Northern California region, like a sheltering blanket, these marvelous spires strech onward to the sky about as towering giants of the world that once was. One of the greatest Caerns remaining in the world, these 'red' giants are said to hold many secrets from their guardians both Garou and Spirit. Protected by a join effort of 5 tribes, this marvelous Caern remains one of Gaia's last wonderous Elysium on the West Coast.
The rulingTribe, the Uktena, have been handed down the position of Warder for many generations. The current Warder, Mother Dreaweaver, an Uktena in her late 70s. Other tribes that have made their home here are: The Black Furies, Wendigo, Silver Fang, Fianna. A few Shadow Lords and Glass Walkers have made their homes in Crescent City in order to establish a 'power base' tere with KinFolk running the Federal and Public Parks.
The Refuge, as its know througout Garou Society, is the Redwood National and State Parks are situated along a long, narrow stretch of northern California coast, nearly abutting Oregon. Here, one of the last of Gaia's secrets remained hidden within these colossal guardians of Gaia. Within, Gaia's chosen protect one of the most powerful Caerns in the Americas, only time will tell if their great efforts will someday be rewarded.

An Emergency Moot has been called upon the Council
of Trees to discuss the events of the missing Silver Pack known as the
Crescent Moon Pack. Mother Dreamweaver seemed quiet about the whole
situation as she called for another Pack to be formed. The Silver
Fang, Speaks-with-Courage quickly step forward as others followed him.
After speaking to her in private, the nameless pack was formed and yet
without a true 'Alpha.' What does their destinies hold for this new
Pack, can they find the missing Crescent Moon Pack and destroy the corrupted
Director Shaw?
