You are welcome to help your children and grandchildren participate. You are invited to share your stories, (simple, sad, funny, serious and uplifting) of how you have peacefully solved the little or big tensions and conflicts that you have encountered with others. You are welcome to submit original poetry about peace. I will also display your favorite quotations. Please state the source and author of quotations if possible when submitting a favorite quote. Tips. You can also share the simple little ways you promote peace everyday and how people have reacted. Tell how you have reacted to others reaching out to you to work out peaceful solutions to conflict. A smile, a handshake, a kind word, taking time to talk things out, a helping hand can all be ways that we convey caring, good will and peace. I would like to put as many appropriate stories as possible on a special page for public viewing. This will not be a place to post editorial comments but stories about some of the things you have done to help resolve personal conflict or helping children and others to resolve conflict. I will withold real names and post only initials if requested but please don't send anonymous stories or letters. Please include internet nickname or real name and a return email address. Please keep stories to about 300 words or less. By sending your compositions and material to me you give me permission to freely utilize them on this website only for the purposes stated. All submissions remain the property of the authors. Mail your stories using the email link at the bottom of this page. Thanks and Happy Posting. Email Home Stories Quotes
