Caine's Bitter & Twisted Company clashed with the Hades Suns in a closely fought battle. Both gangs had similar ratings (2890 Caine's, 2850 Hades Suns), and they started off at opposite ends of the table which meant a lot of movement and tactics were needed to get close. As a follow up, the two gangs had a shoot out with each other.
Caine was quoted:
We saw those scum suckers coming at us from a way off, and laid our plans. A bunch of us took off down one flank at speed but ended up in a stand off with some cowardly gits. A lucky shot downed Titus, and it took him a while to get back up.
Abel and Icarus lead the rest over the other side where they'd spotted some juves trying to sneak up on us. One of those juves got blown away with the plasma gun, always nice to hear the wump of a heavy plasma gun hitting the enemy.
Then Abel said there wuz these short beardy gits again, luckily we knew they were dangerous with those web guns so Abel kept an eye on them and when they tried gettin too close blew one away with his heavy plasma gun when the stupid squat stepped out into the open. That frightened one of their juves who minced off crying his eyes out with a sewage works in his pants. Then the stupid squat got back up again, so Abel shot him again, and this time he stayed down.
One of the juves, the aptly named 9910E, charged at one of their juves on top of a building, got a plasma pistol in his face for his efforts and hit the deck. This was a good thing, as the enemy juve had now broken cover and Abel put him down with another well aimed shot.
Down on the ground, the second stunty held out and traded shots with Icarus (before he went down to a plasma shot from some cowardy custard at the back - Axel shot him later). However, Axel and Felix swept in and the stunty got lit up with the flamer and ran off screaming before collapsing in a heap. That was it for the Suns, and they split real fast, I rekon its not *Red* Hades, more likely Yellow Hades.
As if that wasn't enough, we met them down at Sumpfalls the next day. They thought they had the drop on us, outnumbering us two to one. It was only when we got close they realised it was me and a ganger and their nerve broke. Luckily, their shots didn't hurt us and I went into combat taking two of them out including one of those stunties with a power axe. The other two split then after failing to shoot 9910E.
Looks like we'll be fixing to trash those bug heads (TDOL) or maybe get our own back on the Spandex Militia.
