Christine Trelane's psionic talents prepared her perfectly for a position with Skywatch. She took a leading role in the formation of the Stormwatch teams and agitated on behalf of the Seedling program, finding and bringing along people with latent powers of which even they themselves were often unaware. When she felt it was time, she was able to activate these powers, creating new members for Stormwatch teams.

Synergy's position with Skywatch is primarily administrative, but she can, and does, see combat from time to time.

During the time in which Henry Bendix, Weatherman One, was forced to step down from his position as head of Stormwatch, Synergy was Weatherman until he was reinstated to deal with the threat of Despot, . Also around this time, Synergy rekindled her past relationship with the then field commander of Stormwatch, Battalion, .

Recently, Weatherman One has made drastic changes in the set up of Stormwatch and Synergy's status has been changed to that of field operative and will spend much less time dealing with the actual team.
