When Peter Parker was investigating the life of his dearly departed dad, he discovered the connection between his father and the father of one enemy of Spider-Man - the Squid. They were colleagues in the secret service. Mike Callahan was now the owner of a bar in Manhattan, and, when he was visited by Peter, told stories of Rich Parker to him.
The Squid was terrorizing the neighborhood, and had to face the Spider-Man. But in the end, he preferred to apologize to his father and talk to him. |  |

How does the NYPD view Spider-Man?
He's had numerous run-ins with the law, from capturing crooks to the death of Captain Stacy. The question is how the New York's finest see Spidey? As a hero or menace? This story dealt with this ambiguity, and brougt an answer to this question. |
