Mayhem Attack Squad

 A team of three Decepticon Pretenders: Bludgeon, Stranglehold, and Octopunch. All three where gathered by Thunderwing for dealing with Decepticon dirty work. In short they where Decepticon bounty hunters.

Comic Bio (US):

The Mayhem Attack Squad was first gathered by Thunderwing in order to rid Cybertron of Grimlock, Jazz, and Bumblebee who had just recently been rebuilt as Pretenders and had raided many Decepticon fuel depots. They attacked the Autobot trio and the Rescue Patrol at the Autobase where they were going to take a transdimensional portal to Earth. The Decepticon attack damaged some machinery and all of them were teleported to the center of Cybertron instead.

The Autobots came face to face with their creator Primus who was in eternal sleep. They met "Keeper" the keeper of Primus, who told them that Primus created the Transformers to fight Unicron, and that Primus sleeps so Unicron cannot find him and that he will wake when the day is right so that his children will finish what he had started.

Just then the Mayhem Attack Squad attacked, killing "Keeper". A battle started and during the fight all the Mayhem Attack Squad members were defeated. Octopunch, who had taken a fall, tried to shoot Grimlock in the back, but his shot bounced off his armor and hit Primus, awakening him with a scream, which alerted Unicron of his location. Above, Emirate Xaaron had his men fix the teleporter and when this was done, it resumed sending its passengers to its destination: Earth.

On Earth, the Mayhem Attack Squad met up with Scorponok's band of Earth bound Decepticons. Bludgeon soon became Scorponok's second in command and bodyguard, Bludgeon told Scorponok of Unicron, but Scorponok did not believe him. After the Autobots surrendered, an alliance was made when Optimus Prime, Hot Rod and Kup broke into the Decepticon control room and made a truce with Scorponok. As that happened, a rogue band of Decepticons led by Shockwave attacked and the Mayhem Attack Squad were three of the many Decepticons who fought their rogue brethren. But Primus then teleported all his children to Cybertron to prepare for the fight with Unicron. During the fight with Unicron, Scorponok was killed in battle, and after Optimus Prime sacrificed himself to destroy Unicron, Bludgeon took control of the Decepticons. He and his Attack Squad and the rest of the Decepticons went to Klo to take it over and choke it of its rich energy sources.

The Autobots came and were slaughtered, but when Optimus Prime arrived, the fallen were restored to life by the Last Autobot and the tides turned. Seeing no way to defeat the Autobots because they had the means to revive themselves, Bludgeon gave up and put the Decepticons into exile. In the years of exile, Bludgeon built a massive space station called "Warworld" using technology stolen from alien worlds, and he had constructed new warriors "Rotor Force" and "Laser Rods". He could not give them life so he decided to find Optimus Prime and take the Creation Matrix from him. Unfortunately for Bludgeon, he met up with the newly revamped Megatron and was blown into bits. The remaining members of the squad, Octopunch and Stranglehold were both killed when Megatron ordered an attack on Jhiaxus' troops. Stranglehold was melted into a puddle by acid bombs and Octopunch shot in the chest. None of the members have been rebuilt.
