Scalloped Corn

1 cup of sour cream
1 can of corn
1 can of creamed corn
1 stick of butter
1 6 1/2 oz. Box of Jiffy Cornbread
1 egg

Melt the butter stir in corn(s) and sour cream mix well. Stir in the egg and Cornbread mix.. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
