Mother Veya was one of the oldest Mothers at Tyrsis Avress during the time Sa'Eve was accepted into the Sisterhood. Among all of the Sisters, it was probably Veya who Sa'Eve gave some trust to, before Sister Eleia.

It is one week since the candidates have arrived. All show the promised potential. I don't think any of the nominating Sisters made a mistake this time. But yesterday, a seventh unexpected soul visited our domain. She claimed she wished to see whether to Sisterhood would suit her-- not her exact words, but this is what the other Sisters tell me. Her claim instigated quite an altercation between many of the Sisters, but they have forgotten not every Sister was nominated at first. History scrolls clearly show many early Sisters volunteer themselves. In the end, Mother Anjelik [the senior Mother] was called upon to interview this new visitor. The interview was private and 3 hours long. The result? An official invitation extended to Sa'Eve Greylander to stay at Tyrsis Avress. It is late, and I was overseeing the new candidates first few lessons, so I did not get to meet this famed Sa'Eve. Time will tell tomorrow.

I am at a loss of what to say.
Sa'Eve Greylander is unlike anyone I have met. She could not be more than nineteen years old, but she treats me and everyone, it seems, as an equal. Not that I can complain; she does so not out of disrespect. I suspect that is the way she is. No wonder her presence disturbs a few Sisters; they think her arrogant! Foolish. Pride and arrogance are two very different things. What this girl has is pride, but even then, she quietly guards it. She has declined any offer to be interviewed, stating that "if she deems the Sisterhood unsuited for her, information about her would be unnecessary". In a way, I agree with her... but I also sense she is strongly protective. No one has been able to discern anything about this mysterious pale woman. Oh, and her appearances! Though her features do not matter, I feel inclined to record that I was very much affected by how she looked.
She waited for me at the den, standing next to the fireplace. When I entered, I saw a lovely woman; all dressed in white. I could have sworn her pale gold hair shimmered a silver hue, but that must have been the firelight. She looked so much like an angel. But as she turned, her eyes were what captivated me. They were a color of the deepest blue--just like you would expect an angel to have, but they a darkness, a depth that no heavenly creature would.

About a week now. I talked to Sa'Eve not too long ago. She told me that she had some "training" regarding her magic abilities. No wonder she is bored with such lessons. The young girl has skipped many of her classes, causing much distress among the Sisters who view this an a lack of discipline. But for truancy, going to the Library and reading the history books would seem odd, wouldn't it? She comes to me occasionally to ask about the certain aspects of history, as her own teachers can't answer her questions. I think Sa'Eve was amused when she told me her instructors thought her arrogant to ask such questions. In her own way, this young girl was challenging me to see who was more arrogant. She's a wonderful, perceptive young child. If only the rest of the Sisters could see that. Instead, they treat her with caution. To a certain extent, Sa'Eve encourages it. I wonder which will survive: the Sisterhood or Sa'Eve.

Sa'Eve's roommate, Evlin, is a baron's youngest daughter. Evlin takes a habit to telling the other candidates about the life of being a "baroness". Last night, during evening meal, Evlin declared that Sa'Eve's unsual quietness about her past was because there must be something awful about it. The young "baroness" pointed out that Greylander was an unusual name, and that it was probably not real at all. The girl had to gall to say that for the safety of the Sisterhood, Sa'Eve should have been interrogated. Before a Sister could intervene however, Sa'Eve looked coldly at Evlin. I can still remember her words, "Calling me a threat is as inaccurate as calling yourself a baroness in this Sisterhood." Evlin nearly screamed an outrage, but Sa'Eve continued, "Greylander is a perfectly valid name. My father was Johan Greylander and he fought in the Great Wars. Three of his brothers died. I have one younger uncle in Kylemia, but I have never met him nor heard from him. My parents left for Lyria.. or what you Kylemians call the Dark Realms. I was born in Lyria and if that makes me a threat to the Sisterhood, then so be it."
Her words could have easily caused her more trouble than Evlin. We do not know much about the Dark Realms, and there have always been strange, frightening stories about this world.. But obviously, Sa'Eve was of flesh and blood as we were.. Instead of creating herself a monster, Sa'Eve had succeeded in arrousing the curiosity of the others. The others view her with a certain respect now: part curiosity, part fear. She has said nothing more about her past.
