How to cook marshmallows

Here is chef Roger's recipe for cooking marshmallows.

Step 1. Light a bloody big fire.

Step 2. Get a bloody long stick.

Step 3. Make sure the stick has several little branches on the end. The more the better.

Step 4. Put a marshmallow on the end of each branch.

Step 5. Stand well back, and turn frequently (the stick, not yourself!) They cook in seconds.

Notice the steam coming off these little babies after a few seconds over the inferno. Notice too the chef turning away from the intense heat.
