Roger works for the bioinformatics company Metaphorics which shares a building with its sister company Daylight.
This building offers them plenty of room for expansion! When I think of the cramped offices that I've worked in the the past I look on with envy at these. The kitchen area even has a large fish tank and a coffee machine that would be more at place in an Italian café.
