As in other
scenarios, the following is an example of how this table is used:
Example: Your German PzIVF2, with an 75mm
gun takes on a Russian T34C/76 head on, at a range of 65 inches. You roll a
48% (percentile dice). This is exactly the percent required to hit. If your target had,
had a smaller (ex.-5) modifier, it would have been a miss. With a single die (roll of 4),
you determine that you have hit the T34's "Front Bottom"- the worse
place you could have hit. At this range, the 75mm shell will not (with a 74mm
penetration factor) penetrate 85mm. You hit him, but did not knock him out. However, you
did get his attention. Hold onto your socks, cause you have a Russian 76mm headed your
way!
