Above the city the pellucid sky
is an expansive blue ocean,
where planes are swimming fish.

The clouds are great creatures
I catch rides on
whenever it strikes my fancy.

have forever decorated

caste curtains of light

here on God’s playground.

whirling around on the Lord’s carrousel.

        FLOWERS
My poems are flowers, whose petals are plucked;
they’ve lost their fragrance, because their beauty
distracts and diminishes our union.
My poet’s heart, stripped of all ostentation
that would form an abyss between us,
their bright colors and sweet smell places a barrier
that blocks the sound of your words.

My poet’s pride dies before your sublime presence.
Master craftsman, like a child I humbly sit at your feet.
Please Lord, let my simple life soar, straight to Heaven,
like the song of the little lark flying high between the clouds.

        FECUND DREAMS
Infernos wail
among the murdered trees:
somnolent Winter in dreams of honeyed sunshine,
the necromantic salamander in its conjured flames.

For my dense being
and the appalling stupidity of the times
I ask forgiveness
from the air angels and water sprites
as night pours in on me
in the fecund darkness of the damp cell.

        MORE OFTEN
In the streets I commune with the homeless,
my conservative slacks and button up sweaters
in stark contrast to their wine stained clothes.
From the vineyards, where the blood of grapes
is tended by potential apostles and avatars,
twilight paints the rising cloud
a soft, recondite shade of dove gray.
Another day has been torn from my flesh,
and taken from the inner most roots of my being.
So I sit alone waiting
For the door to Love’s hotel
To burst open and you to appear.

God passes the burning pipe
Inside the bowel Paris complete with the Eiffel Tower
is lit up with her nocturnal lights.

We share a witty repartee,
and God is very pleased with me.

He says, “Let’s do this more often.”

        PINE
The cones on the Pine tree are green;
green also, the green grass that covers the yards, and dunes,
and trees that cover the hills full of birds. Hills drowned in streams
that etch their surface on their way to the sea.

Here the infinity of the sea meets the infinity of the sky.
I love it here, it takes on the colors of my heart,
in this place touched by oppression, where everywhere you look
a joy lies buried. Nature understands and intensifies the bitterness.

But, the money runs out tomorrow,
we will leave this place ungrieved and almost unnoticed.
The people will continue their transformation
into monolithic rocks wading in the surf.

Retrospectives of happier times don’t soften the penury –
Great bank of gray clouds a wall of rain dissolve shadows
and blurs every form from the near boldest to the ones faint with distance.
The wet, slag-gray World, a World of words and phrases.

But, always present
the mountains, one behind the other,
like steps that descend into the sea,
disintegrating into rocks in the surf.

Who always first receive first brunt of the waves,
beating endlessly against them,
gull fowled, patient and picturesque -
on this soft light and rain misted morning.

        THE BEACH
The wave expires on the beach
and trails off into the sea,
only to rise again and hurtle once more
back up the beach, where its
remains form a silver mirror
mutely reflecting the sky above;
flowers bloom and listen,
as unseen, a mist shrouded
fog horn mournfully begins to toll.
For Kennedy passed here,
a great destiny often broods
over the blank stretch of wind and sea swept beach,
ready among the remains of today.

        AROUND HERE
Two aging hippies, who had halted on the curb at the intersection by my car,
were mysteriously counting on their fingers the too lingering hours of night.
“Brother, can you spare a quarter?” Asked the younger of his friend.
“This wallet,” answered the other good naturedly, “has nothing but cobwebs.”

But then, a gang drove up, their engines and radios blaring and assaulting
my car’s window panes, like torrential rains from a Winter storm.
They were young radical right vigilante thugs cruising, full of fun, toward
downtown, from which the wind was driving the smell of something sulfuric.

“Hey, what have we here? Crow bait!” “Give my regards to the man in it!”
“How highs the moon?” “Hey guys here’s some devil’s disciples. Two hippies out after curfew!” “Let’s put the fear of God in them!” “Let’s teach them some respect for Law and Order!” “Beat them!” “Beat them!” “The day’s for citizens, the night’s for us!”
“But, around here, there’s no time for the like’s of them!”

    And, as the light changed, the church bells began to chime from their dark towers
“Ding-dong, ding-dong, go to sleep, ding-dong!”

        TIS OF THEE
Dis is Portland.
in spite of its hypocrisy and oppression
its still a beautiful place.

Night descends and the gloom thickens
Beneath clouds that weigh down on the court house.
It rains so hard one is unable to breath,
unable to escape this prison of lies.

Night. The white stag lights up
above the mysterious black surface
where spools of golden light gloam.

Here he’s artfully set up,
and deceitfully destroyed at random;
and, crucified with pain staking realism,
as a symbol to freedom.
        FOR THOSE WHO WERE
For those who were
developed on TV air waves
and cloistered suburbs and stoops.

In concrete canyons
and tarmac beds
harder than steel and diamond heart

for those who were.

The streets, the university city streets
forlornly happy on this fresh treasure
of my youth – yet some how incomplete!

A surprise fading in the light,
a twilight sinking into night
Apostasy’s frustrated face
retched a disfigured power

blasphemy’s lie
for those who fell
among the head hunters

and drove
the last dull lead point
deepest in the heart of freedom

death and the cadaver merchants
breed a brisk trade on organs.

gave Death’s gang their license

in senseless sounds
as of the sterile civilization’s

that already are mostly dead,
as they burrow deeper

        THE JEWESS AND I
A beautiful daughter of Rebecca lay with me, youth attracting youth
and the night turned into weeks and the weeks transformed into years
two demiurges side by side we seemed
and reclining beside her wondrous beauty I dreamed

of the sad beauty of life’s vain truth.
I thought of your matchless passion, your inherent endurance,
of all the gifts of pleasure, of God’s greatest gifts liberty and love
and I aspire to once again float blissfully above.

Rapturously I have rained torrents of kisses
over every inch of your voluptuous body
while I thought “So, this is what bliss is!”

If some gentle evening, redeeming rain falls, like so many tears
and this terrible tyranny stopped its blast furnace of hate,

The following are the opinions and beliefs of the authors of the Rumor Mill.
                RUMOR MILL
                      Medicare
    The Republican assault of Medicare continues. Earlier this month claims were made that funds would run out by 2019, if current trends continue. The Republican plan which was supposed to alleviate the program’s financial difficulties didn’t work. It was learned that the Republican plan had made the financial woes of Medicare much worse. And, for the second time in as many months Americans have learned that the Republican President deliberately lied to the public, which bodes ill because the Republican’s have over $300 million to lie with to the fundamentally honest and naive American public in the up coming political season. And, the Republicans can’t run on their record of incompetence and greed. It is only reasonable to conclude that if they had anything else to offer they would have already attempted it.
    The Republicans have done nothing to correct the problem. The Republicans could have dropped their privatization plan, which is the cause of this current financial difficulty. Remember, Rumor Mill correctly predicted this negative effect on this essential program, when the Republicans implemented it. Further, the Republicans could have increased taxes and specifically direct them to bailing out Medicare, but didn’t; and, in fact continued to demand more tax cuts for the very wealthy, which would only make the situation worse, without helping to improve the economy which they erroneously had claimed. Also, Republicans could stop the US invasion of Iraq, the Republicans started the war and subsequent occupation with Bush’s lie to the American public informing us that Iraq was making weapons of mass destruction; and, the Republicans could end the US war against that 1 tribe (Taliban) in Afghanistan, which after 4 years continues at great cost to the American tax payer and has yet to accomplishing anything that makes the US safer from terrorism, like the Republicans had falsely claimed it would. Finally, anything even obvious and remedial like prioritizing American expenditures and living within our means hasn’t been accomplished after 4 years of Republicans trespassing in the White House. The Republican special interests and their sycophants have proven they aren’t up to the task and should get out of the way and let some one else get the job done. At least the Democratic alternative will not deliberately make things worse so their supporters’ special interest benefit, at the expense of America.

                European Terrorism
The Radical Right attacks America’s problem of a negative image in the only way it seems to know how: with violence. In Europe the US (politically dominated by the radical right) is correctly perceived as the single largest threat to World peace. A look at the record of the Republican Bush administration’s foreign policy verifies why. The secretary of State is a former general, and there has been 3 WARS in four years. The US has militarily invaded 4 nations during the same time frame. This has had disastrous financial consequences for the US, and negatively affected our image all over the World.
The Republican foreign policy has been a complete costly failure. If war is the foreign policy tool of last resort, because it is devastatingly expensive for the nations involved; then, any time a nation utilizes it as a policy option all other efforts have failed. This means that the Republican administration has repeatedly failed in all its other foreign policy options. And, the only other alternative is even worse, for it means that the Republican lead US government under Bush Jr. has inappropriately implemented war as a foreign policy ploy without first exhausting all of its other options. The conclusion is the same either way, the Republican Bush administration has been an unprecedented disaster, which has resulted in the US being perceived abroad as the single biggest threat to World peace.
The economic impact of the Republican wars has been equally disastrous. The US, under Republican Bush’s negative leadership, is the largest debtor nation in the World. And, the US is experiencing under Republican Bush’s negative leadership the largest national debt in the history of the World. It started wars in part (see previous issues) as a means to rejuvenate the US economy by putting it on a war time basis, and these efforts predictably failed resulting in several severe hemorrhages to the American economy. The only group that benefited was the Republican industrial military complex. Unfortunately, this occurred at every one else’s expense, which overwhelmed any positive impact it may have generated. The Republican Bush administration needs immediate help to reform its image, without making it seem to have grossly mismanaged the situation, which it obviously has done.
IT IS ABSURD FOR TERRORISTS TO ATTACK EUROPE. The nations of Europe have not supported US policies in the Middle East. European public opinion has been overwhelmingly negative towards Republican mislead American foreign policy in the Middle East, which has prevented the European countries’ governments, with the exception of England under Blair, from being able to support America’s misguided military invasions. For TERRORISTS to attack first Spain and then France is to SABOTAGE THEIR OWN EFFORTS. The attack in Spain had to be severe, with its history of Basque separatist and anti-Franco attacks; because, unfortunately, the country has been acclimatized to political violence since its fairly recent experience with Civil War. The bomb found in France didn’t explode, because if it had France’s healthy dissident political parties might have demanded a too thorough investigation that might have resulted in embarrassing disclosures for America’s radical right. The only party involved who benefits from Mid East terrorist attacks in Europe is the radical right supported Republican Pres. Bush!
What the European public is being told about the terrorist position is either confused or ridiculous. Consider, the radical right sponsored terrorist group, who were responsible for the Sept. 11 attack in New York and the more recent attacks in Europe, were proved by American investigators to have nothing to do with Iraq. Now, those terrorists, who were publicly criticized by Iraq’s deposed government and are currently opposed by Iraq’s influential indigenous political parties, are suddenly supposed to attack with terrorist bombs countries who have repeatedly refused to support right wing Republican American foreign policy: for their imaginary support of American policies that those European nations have always been against! The effect has been to extort European governments into using the terrorist bombings as a pretense for reversing their opposition to the Republican Mid-East wars and establishing their own tokenistic military presence; where previously they had bowed to over whelming public opposition to America’s right wing Republican foreign policy and steadfastly refused to become involved. The Republicans are using this tokenistic support as a pretense and justification for their continued military occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan, with its disastrous domestic economic consequences. It is the radical right’s same old worn out extortion of legitimate governments by terrorist threats. Only, this time the radical right extortionist ploy is occurring in Europe, which has not been subjected to it before.
It is interesting to pause and consider what the public knows and how it knows it. Consider the fact that we have seen in the American propaganda machine smiling personal pictures taken in private homes of supposed leading figures of various terrorist organizations. How can the right wing dominated media obtain detailed organizational information and personal photos like these, but American government’s intelligence apparatus can’t infiltrate and eliminate these terrorist organizations, when they exhibit such rank incompetent behavior. One terrorist organization, who has repeatedly attacked US diplomatic and military instillations abroad, is so lax in security that it was able to be joined by an 18 year old Californian teenager, who had flown over to Pakistan on a commercial air line. He then located and traveled to a terrorist training camp in near by Afghanistan, run by American radical right operatives, where he subsequently joined the terrorists and was told in detail of the planned Sept. 11 attack over a month before it occurred. It is incredible to subsequently read that Republican Pres. Bush during this same time frame did not consider this terrorist group, with its record of repeated terrorist attacks, as dangerous. What are we seeing, and what are we expected to believe? Please read previous issues on the development of Mid East terrorism in the post Cold War Era.

            RUMOR MILL
                 Hamas
    Hamas has had a long standing relationship with America’s radical right. They were targeted and infiltrated during the Cold War Era in the early days of the Reagon administration. It occurred in the after shock of the terrorist truck bomb attack on Marines in Lebanon, when the right wing Republicans became determined and gave top priority to infiltrating and neutralizing political dissident groups in every country of the World, which is not as big a job as one would initially think if one stops and considers the limited number of countries involved and the vast resources that were applied to accomplish this objective. The radical right’s relation to the Republican Party has been discussed in previous essays. Hamas was one of two primary terrorist groups associated with the PLO, and after infiltrating their organization by supplying double agents with useful information, and no longer refusing to involve operatives in acts of violence, infiltration was accomplished with relative ease. These operatives’ careers were advanced by a timely series of murders that eliminated key organizational figures, while advancing the radical right operative’s careers. In the fullness of time and during the post Cold War Era, Hamas became instrumental in maintaining the radical right’s influence over legitimate governments in the Middle East.
The radical right used the terrorist threat as a substitute for the Communist threat in maintaining their influence in the region. It didn’t hurt business for the industrial military either, by causing weapons sales to continue at uninterrupted high levels. Hamas became greater than just a regional terrorist organization. It became an umbrella group whose influence ranged through out the Muslim World. Eventually, it became a synonym for CIA. Until, ultimately, as a result of its widespread success, it became ineffective. Everyone knew Hamas was CIA. It was then that Hamas was no longer useful. And, Hamas was broken up into regional and national groups which ranged from Morocco, to the new nations South of Russia, to Africa, to Indonesia and all points in between.
The original Hamas organization continued to exist in a reduced capacity. After a period of relative dormancy, when they laid low as the saying goes, Hamas reactivated itself and again gradually became increasingly influential in PLO regional politics. It is at this state of affairs, when the recent unfortunate assassination of the spiritual leader occurred. The event occurred for two basic reasons. First, it is designed so that a series of terrorist attacks can occur during the US political campaign, thus nullifying Florida’s Jewish vote with timely assistance to Israel if it politically proves necessary. Second, it eliminates what’s left of independent individuals in Hamas hostile to the radical right’s take over, who were in positions to know and could personally document the radical right’s displacement blow by blow. There are many radical right operatives who are safer and can rest easier now that this man is no longer alive. However, the major cause is to manipulate the upcoming American political elections outcome. The violence that will generate from this death will distract the US public from its current economic woes and help them to overlook the greed driven vendettas that were behind America’s present invasion of Iraq.

            RUMOR MILL
                   Contrived Crimes
In a local news story, a child was saved from its kidnappers. A story with a happy ending is always gratifying to read. And, when the story evolves around the public’s active participation to make the community a safer place, the story becomes almost too good to believe. It is said, vice could not travel so far if it didn’t have virtue to keep it company. Also, in a related saying, hypocrisy is the compliment vice pays to virtue.
In Oregon there is a program that whenever a child is abducted everyone is supposed to keep a look out for them. This is a simple good hearted suggestion that hopefully will help. It is called after a child’s name who was tragically kidnapped. However, recently we were told that a young 8yr. old girl who was kidnapped was saved and her kidnapper was apprehended as a result of this program. And, while it’s a great story, who can not help but wonder at such delightful news? The child was found well over 500 miles away in neighboring California, while traveling at 65 mph on the busiest Interstate freeway in this part of the country, during a busy time of day in a populated region.
I hate to rain on a parade, but, what super human being among us can correctly identify a girl with an unidentified abductor under those circumstances? It’s impossible! And, if it’s impossible, what did occur which resulted in her being abducted and later rescued? Obviously, some one had to have seen the kidnapping occur. The party who saw it happen had to be able to follow, or have resources in the form of a network of people who could coordinate their actions to successfully monitor the criminal in their subsequent travels. This is a very tall order. Does such a group exist? Yes, the radical right.
Unfortunately, there are serious problems at this point. At best the radical right, by not immediately informing the police, made themselves accomplices after the fact to the very serious charge of kidnapping. If true, the people were more intent on their reward and getting a story for the right wing propaganda, and, they evidently weren’t thinking of the fear an 8 year old would experience in being abducted and driven the many hours required to travel well over 500 miles. There is another possible alternative. The child was deliberately set up like some radical right operatives do, when they prostitute their children in a sting operation, where they’ve previously perverted an adult and used the child as sex bait for a substantial financial reward. But, there is insufficient information to draw any conclusion about this being a radical right operation designed to set a person up on a child abuse charge.
There are many interesting unanswered questions. How was it that someone just happened to be at the scene of the kidnapping? Further, if some one was present how come the kidnapper didn’t see them? It’s not as if a person committing this serious of a crime wouldn’t have been looking around for potential witnesses, and if that’s the case why were people present who were hiding? And, if the kidnapper acted like it was a perfectly natural event, which is likely because there had to be witnesses for the child to be followed all the way to California where she was eventually rescued; then, how could the witness have known a kidnapping was going on? And, if that’s true, then they had to be involved in its commission, which unfortunately makes it likely that the individual was set up to commit the crime. What seems relatively certain is that some other people were involved in an operation, the exact nature of which is not possible to exactly determine because of insufficient information. What can be concluded is that there are major things wrong with the officially accepted explanation of the commission and apprehension of this crime.
There are other criminal events that have recently occurred similar in nature. In a violent murder case a suspect was apprehended a few weeks after the killing clear across the state from the scene of the crime. He was identified by an elderly couple who said they recognized him even though he was wearing a disguise and driving in a nondescript car down a freeway at 65 mph the opposite direction from their car, which was traveling at about 65 mph, too, during an over caste day. It had to be true, because they said it was so. The fact that they identified someone they didn’t know while in disguise, in poor light that they saw for only a fleeting second, didn’t bother any one. Because if it were not true then there were people who had to know that murder’s location the entire time he was at large. And, for that to occur there is a high probability that he, too, did not act alone. In another related crime a teacher spent the night in a car in the woods in the mountains with a young lady student, who had run away from home. He was never charged with kidnapping, and no statutory rape charges were filed, however, they were identified in dawn light over 60 miles away on another highway by a perfect stranger. It seems there are an amazing number of people divinely gifted with superhuman vision. Or, perhaps there are other potentially more reasonable explanations involved. The teacher could have been set up with the youngster; and, while nothing illegal happened, except reckless driving while eluding police who somehow knew approximately where in an entire mountain range to go to apprehend a couple in a remote location in the middle of the mountains; and, maybe child prostitution, and if so then there were people involved who tried to cause an immoral-criminal act to occur that involved a child for propaganda purposes, and so that they could financially benefit in the way of a reward. The point in common in these three criminal events is that the identifications which occurred seem to have been impossible, and if so then the apprehension had to have been an efficient form of coordinated effort.

            RUMOR MILL
               Industrial Espionage
There are only viruses created against Microsoft Windows. This is a remarkable statement, because now that there are more than one operating system operating in the market place i.e. LINUX and IBM’s to name two. And yet, only Microsoft has ever been targeted for this form of foul abuse that has damaged so many people’s private property. Why? It isn’t because it’s easier, because LINUX has a much easier code to manipulate. And, even though market share should give Microsoft an unenviable position of being the leading target, it doesn’t explain why it’s become the only target.
The explanation is complex and multifaceted. Microsoft is dominant in the market place. Microsoft has the best product available. Microsoft provides the best front end in the business world. And, Microsoft has had a 20 year head start which it has used in developing the World’s best computer operating system making it the most visible target. However, in spite of all these causes it doesn’t explain why it is the exclusive target.
Business espionage is one potential partial explanation. The public is used to Microsoft’s adversaries, from the factional interests of the radical right, attacking the company, as they first tried to steal Microsoft from Bill Gates, and then tried to steal Microsoft’s products, which would have accomplished the same effect as stealing the company. But, what becomes more apparent over time is that the radical right’s efforts don’t end there. Currently, it is cashing in on its enormous political clout in efforts to influence the judicial branches of various countries’ in an attempt to control the World’s legal environment. Then, it utilizes that dominate position of the judicial branch of government to control various aspects of life, in a pervasive low profile brand of totalitarianism that enables it to, among other objectives, injure business competitors it can not successfully fairly compete with, like Microsoft. The over $ 600 million penalty by the European common market judiciary is a case in point. It also demonstrates the degree of influence the radical right purchased in Europe, with embezzled American aid earmarked for Russia and siphoned off by Russia’s legendary radical right spawned corruption.
The fact that the radical right’s factional business interests are attacking the single most important company responsible for improved productivity over the last two decades, in the World’s two leading markets is a fact that they amazingly seem to overlook. In their on going efforts to hurt Microsoft and to dominate all Internet commerce, they were involved in causing the biggest collapse in the history of the World’s financial markets. And, the radical right’s factional interests continue to ignore the fact that the healthier Microsoft and its subsidiaries are the better it is for the World’s economies, and, the better the World’s economies perform the better it is for the factional interests of the radical right. But, in one of the great ironies in the history of the industrial age, by the radical right’s motive of blind avarice they are engaging at the same time in one of the greatest self destructive campaigns in the history of Global economies.
What does this have to do with explaining why Microsoft is the sole target of viruses? It’s simply this, the factional interests of the radical right, as part of their totalitarian efforts to dominate internet and World commerce, are targeting and tracking individuals with specialized sets of computer skills. Just like the radical right’s infamous “wacko” list, or, political campaign contributor lists, these individuals are kept track of and utilized in various ways. Computers provide humanity with the capacity to handle large amounts of data in amazingly varied ways. If those ways are wise and beneficial, or, foolish and injurious is completely up to whoever controls the machines. Some of these individuals who are computer geeks are cross referenced for misanthropic behavioral characteristics. It is believed that these individuals are then encouraged, through a variety of ways, to engage in writing viruses against the radical right’s leading competitor - Microsoft. The effect is that people and businesses who are worried about losing files and incurring costs related to virus damaged computer hardware will avoid using Microsoft products, which would be advantageous to the factional business interests of the radical right. Business espionage by the radical right is only one of many causes that partially explain the complex reason for Microsoft’s products being the exclusive target for viruses.
The informational age has given mankind the capacity to manage information in amazing ways. Unfortunately, it has not given mankind a corresponding amount of wisdom. Until we attain that elevated state of wisdom great care must be given to protect humanity, and specially the wielders of great power, from doing great irreparable harm, in their initial enthusiasm with these new technologies’ new capacities. Until human judgment catches up with its knowledge, restraint must be assured through carefully regulated, tough institutional safe guards. In the mean time serious mistakes like this type of industrial espionage will occur.

            RUMOR MILL
                  Liberty
After over 200 years of uninterrupted advocacy our first amendment right still must be zealously and vigilantly protected. The threat will not come from abroad, it will come disguised as a well intended effort to make society safe from terrorist attack or, it will come camouflaged as an emotional pretext to control children’s exposure to socially unacceptable material. The issue at stake is whether any government, whether a tyranny by one person or a majority backed government, has the right to control society or any part of its expression of opinions. If the government were to be popularly elected by an overwhelming majority would that give it the right to coerce any member that disagrees with the beliefs of the majority. I submit that it does not. There is no government or group of individuals who should exercise such an illegitimate power.
The exercise of power against the civil rights of society is inherently injurious. Democracies have no more right to assail civil rights than do the worst forms of government. In fact the assault on our civil rights by good forms of government is its most pernicious and insidious form, when accompanied by the majority of public opinion. If all of humanity were opposed to one individual, society would still not have the right to silence that individual. Because, in effect the act of censoring robs not just the individual of his right to express his opinions, it steals from humanity from the present down through all ensuing generations; it robs the dissident as well as the individuals who disagree. If the idea is an error people are denied the opportunity of examining an error and comparing it with the truth, which could potentially benefit truth by providing it with the means where it could be improved and strengthened.
There are two possible alternatives with any statement. First, it may be true. If a person refuses to allow people the right to discuss ideas, it’s the same as placing those individuals in the position of judging for all humanity for all time. It presupposes omnipotence. And, who among us is so wise that they can claim infallibility. The radical right’s refusal to allow dissent and discussion falls into this trap, and it is a central characteristic of tyranny. The radical right’s public position is you are either with us, or, you’re against us, which it uses to terminate all public and private debate. Second, any statement may be false. The refusal to discuss erroneous statements prevents society from obtaining the previously mentioned benefits from error. In terms of the radical right’s operations involving society, it’s unfortunate but few of the mistakes of the radical right survive to discuss it. And, in terms of human error they are instrumental in personal development, especially among our young. A person learns from their mistakes. This is an essential part of life that our wise creator blessed mankind with. The fact is most people benefit even from their mistakes, when given opportunity to commit them and the freedom to benefit from them. Unless, the radical right is present, because they use human mistakes as a pretence to target individuals for their nefarious operations, which eventually lead to immoral criminal behavior which they generously reward themselves for creating and apprehending; but, the events that they cause to occur increase the crime and immoral behaviors in our communities. According to the radical right, a mistake isn’t necessarily a criminal or immoral act, it’s what ever reflects their bigoted biases which they then yoke society to, in a process characteristic of tyranny. Also, the radical right create an atmosphere of extreme intolerance which is disastrous to Democracies, where dissidence is greeted with sadistic modes of behavior like torture, coercion, slander, fraud as they engage in a wide variety of deceit usually relating to sexual behaviors that employ prostitution, perversion and child abuse.   It is interesting to note that they also create a double standard of conduct, under the guise of what ever it takes, which is another social behavior characteristic of tyranny.
The restriction of free speech and extreme intolerance toward dissent directly lead to the corruption and destruction of our Democratic society. It is easy to see how restricting free speech lead to the mistakes made by individuals who honestly felt they were protecting society from behaviors dangerous to mankind. The failure to discuss protecting people from themselves prevented concerns from being raised about the propriety of establishing a society based on fundamental inequalities and disregarding the essential qualification to the axiom central to determining human behavior in society that man has the right to free will and self-determination “to the extent that it doesn’t directly deny any one else their right to the same.”; and, the accompanying corruption and vice that transformed the radical right’s extreme populist movement, when it had disregarded the essential prerequisite tenants. It is easy to see why those involved would desire to keep the truth from being known, and how by refusing to discuss those profound errors they continued to grow unabated. But, by engaging in censorship of speech and preventing dissident behavior, the destruction of our Democratic institutions and erosion of our Civil Rights were realized. The course these events have run are their own best refutation. Complete equality and liberty, as guaranteed by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and the truth that they represent have again been vindicated and is now fully justified. Let Freedom Be!
