From Professor Errol Chopping at Charles Sturt University in Australia come this excellent tutorial that assumes your first experience with programming begins here. As with most web pages from Australia, this one is GREAT!

From the Ground Up: A Guide to C++

This is an excellent tutorial which assumes some basic knowledge of programming. If you have none, you can still make some headway here, but it will be tough. Still, for the ease of operation and the presentation of complex information, this is a very difficult page to ignore!

This is a good example of a WEB site in the process of being built that shows promise in both form and content.
