For all purpose help, this is an excellent place to start, or for that matter, continue on with your learning!
I don't normally like to list a page(s) of nothing but links, but this is an exception. It has more here than you might ever need, but even if it doesn't, it's a great place to start for graphics as well as WWW code writing.

This page is an outgrowth of the partnership of the cable television industry and Tech Corps. It is a great idea and there is a tremendous amount of useful information here. The lessons are self paced and easy to understand. My only hangup about this site is that I think the graphics are overdone. If you can get by that, you'll learn a great deal!
You could probably learn as much as you needed to know about HTML from this page alone! It's a treasure trove!
