This, the 12th and last House, under the sign of Pisces, and ruled by Neptune, is where the native hides his fears and repressions and needs quiet repose. Not that it's all gloom. it is also the House of intuition, occultism, perception and philanthropic feelings towards others. Work of a scientific or secretive nature, research - or at least work of a solitary nature is often indicated in this House. Confinement - or self-sacrifice - yes. But this doesn't always mean a prison - often it denotes a confinement of the mind or personality. Neptune, who the ancient Greeks feared and to whom they offered sacrifices to ensure safe passage, is a temperamental sort of God - his message seemed to be "Treat me right and all will be well." that could be the best way to view this House. When planets are badly aspected, expect problems with drink, drugs, or mental weaknesses. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Always remember that the stars only point the way.
