I was given this book to read by my friend, Dee, I thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone. I confess that I'd never heard of this woman and I expect that I'm not the only one.

This is the story of an American woman, a much respected reporter and political writer, who worked in Washington during the 1940s, through to the Nixon era. She was a trusted writer, sceptical, who always sort out the truth. When asked to do a report on seances she did so, tackling it in the same way she would have done any other story. She was surprised to find that she could not just pass this off as nonsense and was interested enough to do further research.

This was the beginning of an amazing change in the direction of her career and she went on to write many books on subjects including reincarnation, life in the spirit world, walk-ins and much more - through the help of her guides, who channelled their information through her, via her typewriter, to reach millions of readers. Her books were best sellers.

This is a very brief account of the book, which contains fascinating information, including predictions the Guides gave her, for our future, here on Earth. This book not only gives you an insight into her, very interesting, life - but also gives you a taste of what to expect in her other books. I, for one, am going to begin to seek them out.
