Curtis/Cortez died in Brunswick, Medina County, OH age 35 on 5 Mar 1835; he was 38.[1] Buried in Westview Cemetery, Brunswick, OH. He first married Sarah (Sally) TILLOTSON, daughter of Samuel TILLOTSON (4 Oct 1759-3 Dec 1848) & Sarah PARTRIDGE (15 May 1769-11 Apr 1846), on 1 Jun 1820.[2] Born on 23 Mar 1800 in Lee, Berkshire County, MA. Sarah (Sally) died in Brunswick, Medina County, OH on 25 Mar 1831; she was 31. Tombstone says died at age 35 but would seem to be more like 39.

2. Sarah Phidelia STEVENS. Born on 20 Aug 1822 in Brunswick, Medina County, OH.[3] She was known as Phidelia. She married Lafayette BOLLES, on 26 Apr 1849.[2]
3. John Campbell STEVENS. Born on 15 May 1824 in Brunswick, Medina County, OH.[3] He first married Emeline WARNER, daughter of Eliadon WARNER & Margaret, on 1 Oct 1847. Born in 1824 in Liverpool, Medina County, OH. Emeline died in Brunswick, Medina County, OH on 21 Mar 1851; she was 27.
He second married Mary Elizabeth INGALLS, on 8 Mar 1853.
4. James Plowden STEVENS. Born on 23 Sep 1826 in Brunswick, Medina County, OH.[3] James Plowden died on 5 Mar 1897; he was 70.[1] Buried in Westview Cemetery, Brunswick, OH. He was known as Plowden and was an excellent piano tuner.[2] He first married Phoebe MEACHEM.
He second married Sybil VAUGHN, daughter of William Marks VAUGHN & Betsey WHITMAN. Born on 7 May 1828. Sybil died on 13 Aug 1911; she was 83.

5. Silas Newell STEVENS. Born on 21 Dec 1828 in Brunswick, Medina County, OH.[3] Silas Newell died on 13 Apr 1856; he was 27. He was known as Newell.
