Samuel Tillotson Family - Grandparents of Jane Minerva Tillotson

The information in this section is in the process of being developed. There are several formats for documentation citations because the information has been drawn from several research files. When the information is considered nearly complete I will standardize the citations.

I have chosen to include in this section information on Jane Tillotson's grandparents and their descendants. Many of her uncles and aunts lived in Brunswick, or nearby areas, and are mentioned in the diaries. Also, many of her cousins and their descendants either lived in Brunswick or also moved to Clinton County, Michigan or nearby areas, where the families maintained close contact. Some of these families are also mentioned in the diaries of Jane's daughter, Etta Linzee, in her Michigan diaries of the 1870s, 80s, and 90s.

For the ancestry of Jane's Grandfather, Samuel Tillotson, see The Tillotson Project.
