Jo works with the elderly in the church and with the elderly who are not members of the church. She "networks" for money for meds and other supplies needed by the elderly poor in Azle.

Every Tuesday she obtains food from the local food bank and delivers the food to as many as twenty-five elderly poor in the Azle area;these elderly people would not have enough food for any given month if she did not do this for them.

Jo also has a Hospice Ministry where she works three or four days a week.
