Patent?
As provided for in the Patents Act (Act No.6 of 1989 as amended by Act No.13 of 1997), Article 1 (1), PATENT means an exclusive right granted by the State to an inventor for his invention in the field of technology, for a certain period of time, to use his invention or to give approval to any other person to use it.
