Duties of the Sergeant at Arms

The Sergeant at Arms will:

Arrange the room and equipment for each meeting.
Greet all guests and members at each meeting.
Maintain all Club equipment and materials.
Chair the Social and Reception Committee.
Attend Officer Training.
Attend and participate in Executive Committee meetings.
Prepare his or her successor for office.
