Chicken Baked Three Ways

Easy Baked Chicken

  1. Dust the chicken with the spices.
  2. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  3. Bake at 350°F until done

Crispy Baked Chicken

  1. Mix the seasoning spices with the flour.
  2. Dredge the chicken piece in the flour mixture. Make sure you get the mixture under the skin and into any cracks.
  3. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake at 350°F until done.

Oven Fried Chicken

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
  2. Put out three shallow dishes (I use pie or cake pans) and a couple of baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  3. Put the seasoned flour in the first dish. Beat the egg into the milk (you may add honey and mustard for extra flavor). Put the milk mixture in the second dish. Mix the crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Put the seasoned crumbs in the third dish.
  4. Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, then dip it in the milk mixture, then coat it in the crumb mixture.
  5. Place the breaded pieces on the baking sheets.
  6. Bake at 350°F until done.
Theory of the Dish

Baked chicken is good right out of the oven, but it is still good cold the next day, or you can freeze it and heat it up in the microwave for lunches.
