Signed by Julius Goodwin, Josiah Howel, and Wm Lassamore (?) Then 26 July 1816 Thos Bacon, Julius Goodwin, Josiah Howel, and Wm Laramore swore to the authenticity.James Buckelew, Jacob Green, and Wm Cockcroft signed."
