Born on 12 September 1866 in Preston Co., (W)VA. Elias Christopher died in Terra Alta, Preston Co., WV, on 16 June 1958; he was 91. Buried in Terra Alta Cem., Terra Alta, Preston Co., WV.

I have ten brother and sisters some in wv. all the rest

On 11 July 1900 when Solomon Hampton was 28, he second married Mary Catharine Fizer, daughter of Jacob Fizer, in Preston Co., (W)VA. Born in 1853 in Berkeley Co., (W)VA. Mary Catharine died in Monongalia Co., WV, on 17 August 1927; she was 74. Nickname: Kate.

On 2 October 1892 when Dinah Elizabeth Ann was 18, she married Elias Richard Buckalew (1105) , son of Joshua Buckalew (435) (1852-before 1900) & Mary Catharine Fizer (1853-17 August 1927), in Preston Co., (W)VA. Born on 27 August 1872 in Preston Co., (W)VA. Elias Richard died in Harrison Co. WV, on 1 November 1957; he was 85. Buried in Sunset Memorial Cem., Clarksburg; Harrison Co., WV.

Drusilla Ellen Bell married John O. Whetsell, son of Michael Whetsell & Elizabeth Felton. Born in May 1839 in Preston Co., (W)VA. John O. died on 16 March 1913; he was 73. Buried on 17 March 1913 in Family Cem., Whetsell Settlement; Preston Co., WV. Occupation: Labourer.
