1989. Hilda Shaver (Private).
Hilda married Glenn Harold Childs (3623) , son of Solomon Wesley Childs (1880-1962) & Lula Grace Buckalew (2005) (14 June 1890-12 March 1968). Buried on 14 September 1972 in Preston Memorial Gardens, nr Kingwood, Preston Co., WV.
Child's Feed and Supply began January 18, 1958, when Glenn Childs and Morgan
Copeman purchased what became known as Copeman and Childs Feed Company. Later
that year Glenn purchased the Copeman share but the name remained until 1973.
Glenn and Hilda Gaye raised their six children on their farm on the Whetsell
Settlement. Glenn continued with the feed business until September 14, 1972,
at which time he suffered a fatal coronary while at work. Gaye Childs
continued with the business until January 1, 1973, when Dave and Ronnie became
the owners and the name became Childs Feed and Supply. (Preston County
History, 1979, page 510)

1992. Lydia Helen Shaver. Born on 22 July 1922 in Manheim, Preston Co., WV. Lydia Helen died in WVU Hos., Morgantown, Monongalia Co. WV., on 23 October 1984; she was 62. Buried on 26 October 1984 in Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens, Morgantown, Monogalia Co., WV.

Lydia Helen first married James Willard.
